Atelier Knitted LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Knitted mobile application. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All knitting patterns, designs, graphics, and text within the application are the exclusive property of Atelier Knitted LLC. These are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim these patterns as your own.

2. Content & Accuracy

While we strive for perfection in our patterns and tools, the application is provided "as is." Atelier Knitted LLC is not responsible for any variations in finished handmade items or for data loss occurring on your personal device.

3. Purchases and Digital Content

Any digital purchases or subscriptions are handled via your mobile platform’s secure payment system. Access to certain features may be subject to a one-time fee or a recurring subscription, which may be updated at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Atelier Knitted LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the application.
